Yes, it is possible, if the patient is large enough and has a large enough buttock as well. I always try to transfer the optimal amount of tissue to the optimal tissue cells. Be cautious of over-grafting. Over-grafting can create less survival of fat and compromise the outcome. I have done 900-1000cc per butt cheek in large enough patients before.
